Living strong and balanced starts with showing up for yourself—just as you are. My goal is to make Pilates
accessible, encouraging, and fun, so you can build strength, confidence, and joy in every season of life.

I’m Shelby—certified Pilates instructor, mama of three, and big believer that even
30 minutes of mindfulmovement can change the way you feel—inside and out.
Join me for 45-minute small group Pilates classes in my home studio—a cozy, supportive space designed to help you feel strong, confident, and connected.

Each session blends mindful movement with full-body strength training to improve balance, posture, and core stability. We’ll work multiple muscle groups at once to make every minute count—no wasted time, just powerful, intentional movement.

With small class sizes, you’ll receive personalized attention and the encouragement of a welcoming community. Whether you’re new to Pilates or building on your practice, I’ll offer modifications and progressions to meet your body where it is today and help you move with confidence.
Get stronger, feel energized, and make the most of your time with my quick, effective 30-minute Pilates workouts. Each class is designed to sculpt and strengthen your entire body while improving balance, posture, and core stability.

About Me

I’ve been teaching Pilates for over 10 years, and it has truly transformed me—both mentally and physically. Through this practice, I’ve learned the power of mindful movement and how it can bring strength, clarity, and balance into every part of life.
What drives me is making fitness and healthy living fun, accessible, and inclusive for everyone. We always hear the saying “live in the present,” and I believe movement is one of the best ways to do that—to show up for yourself, enjoy the process, and find joy in every moment on the mat.
